Potato Cake (Scones)

Ingredients

• 1lb potatoes peeled
• 2oz unsalted butter
• 6oz plain flour
• salt to taste

Method

Mash potatoes with the butter and salt leave to cool Place on to a floured surface kneed in the flour to make a dough Cut into triangles Place onto a hot dry frying pan and cook until golden serve hot or cold for a snack.
