Mash potato with cabbage tasty on its own or as a side dish Ingredients

• 1lb potatoes prepped for boiling
• 2oz butter 2floz milk
• 1lb of cabbage
• 2floz double cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Boil the potato and mash with the butter Boil the cabbage and drain well. Add small amount of oil to a large frying pan heat the oil add the cabbage and fry for a few moments, add the mash to the cabbage stir in the cream add Salt and pepper to taste serve as part of a meal or on its own as a snack.
